40 ml gin
40 ml triple sec
40 ml lemon juice
40 ml vermouth
40 ml absinthe
30 ml crème de violette
Lavender sprig and lemon slice, to garnish
Smoked Salmon Frankenbites
4oz Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon
20 tsp cottage cheese
- Combine the gin, triple sec, lemon juice, vermouth, absinthe, and crème de violette in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a lavender sprig, lemon slice and serve.
- Slice the cucumber into 15-20 slices.
- Add a teaspoon of cottage cheese on each slice of cucumber. Top with a slice of Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon.
- Finish off with a sprig of dill and enjoy!
