1 pack Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon Loin
1 pack Pizza dough
150g Purple (Blue) potatoes, sliced 2mm thick
1/2 Red onion, cut into rings
75g Soft goat cheese
20g Basil leaves
100g Double cream cheese
Instructions
- Roll pizza dough into a circle, approximately 28cm in diameter. Place the dough on an oven tray with baking paper.
- Top the dough with the cream cheese, then the potatoes and red onions. Scatter the soft goat cheese on top.
- Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes on an oven preheated to 450°F. Remove when crust is golden brown. Top with basil leaves and Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon Loin. Cut into slices, serve and enjoy!
