Smoked Salmon Purple Potato Pizza

Ingredients

1 pack Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon Loin

1 pack Pizza dough

150g Purple (Blue) potatoes, sliced 2mm thick

1/2 Red onion, cut into rings

75g Soft goat cheese

20g Basil leaves

100g Double cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Roll pizza dough into a circle, approximately 28cm in diameter. Place the dough on an oven tray with baking paper.
  2. Top the dough with the cream cheese, then the potatoes and red onions. Scatter the soft goat cheese on top.
  3. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes on an oven preheated to 450°F. Remove when crust is golden brown. Top with basil leaves and Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon Loin. Cut into slices, serve and enjoy!
