Ingredients
1 16oz Latitude 45 Smoked Salmon Flakes
Self-rising Pizza Dough
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
Arugula, to taste
Instructions
- Heat oven and prebake dough according to instructions.
- Spread tomato sauce and cheeses and bring back to the oven until the cheese melts and crust is dark golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and spread the Latitude 45 smoke roasted flakes over the pizza.
- Add the arugula leaves.
- Serve and enjoy!
