Ingredients
10-12 Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon Loin slices
2 cups rice
1 avocado
½ cucumber, sliced into rounds
2 handfuls steamed edamame
2 small bunches broccolini
2 small bunches asparagus
½ cup red onions, pickled
2 radishes, slices
1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
Black sesame seeds
Soy sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Cook the rice following the packaging’s instructions.
- While the rice cooks, steam the edamame, broccolini and asparagus separately for 3-5 minutes each.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel and slice.
- Once the rice is ready lay out 2 bowls to start assembling the dish.
