Smoked Salmon Fresh Flower Salad
1 pack Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon 6 oz
6 oz mixed salad leaves
200 g sweet cherry tomatoes, halved
100 g black olive rings
16-20 edible flowers
4 tbsp natural yogurt
1 tsp horseradish sauce
1 tbsp finely chopped dill
1 squeeze of lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
- Start with the dressing. Mix the yogurt, horseradish sauce, finely chopped dill, squeeze of lemon juice and pinch of salt in a bowl until combined. Transfer to a dressing glass.
- Arrange the salad leaves on two serving plates.
- Top with the tomatoes, olives, and Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon slices.
- Drizzle with dressing, to taste.
- Decorate with 8-10 edible flowers on each plate. Serve fresh and enjoy!
