Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
3 oz Latitude 45 Traditional Smoked Atlantic Salmon
6 boiled eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
¼ cup diced red onion
2 tbsp capers
1 tbsp dill
Instructions
- Carefully peel the boiled eggs, slice in half and gently remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, place yolk, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper blend until smooth.
- Scoop or pipe the yolk mixture in the center of the eggs.
- Place salmon on top, then sprinkle with red onions, capers, dill and paprika.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
