Smoked Salmon Crostini Variety Board
1 pack Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon 6oz
12 slices crostini, 1-1.5in thick
½ cup blueberries
½ cup sliced cucumber
½ an avocado
½ cup sliced radish
1 cup cream cheese
1/8 cup micro greens, for garnish
- Heat oven to 392 Fahrenheit. Lay crostini flat on a tray and place in oven for 5-10 minutes, until your crostini are golden brown.
- Plate on a wooden board. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese on each slice. Place 2-3 slices of Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon on 4 of the crostini. Place the blueberries on 2 of the crostini. Repeat with the cucumber, avocado, and radish on the remaining crostini until all 12 slices have a topping.
- Garnish with micro greens and enjoy!
