1 pack Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon Loin 6oz
1 zucchini
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Dill
Instructions
- Thinly slice the zucchini, using a mandolin. Season zucchini with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Grill the zucchini slices for about 15 minutes.
- Place a slice of Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon on the zucchini, top with fresh dill, and roll it up.
- Poke toothpick through the roll to keep it in place. Repeat with the remaining slices and enjoy!
