1 small clove garlic, finely chopped or minced
1 onion, finely sliced
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Oil
¼ cup of trim milk
Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

  1. Mash avocado, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Toast bread via preferred method until lightly brown and crispy.
  3. When the toast is ready, spread avocado mixture on the top of each slice.
  4. Top with Latitude 45 Smoked Salmon, feta, cherry tomatoes & parsley.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs Platter

  1. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add oil.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until slightly translucent, stirring for about 1 minute.
  3. Add spinach and cook, stirring for about 2 minutes, until wilted and tender. Remove spinach from pan and set aside; keep warm.
  4. Combine eggs and milk in a bowl, mix together well.
  5. Add more oil to the pan and add egg mixture. Cook, stirring gently until eggs are just set.
  6. Add parmesan and mix gently. Season with pepper.
  7. Toast bread as desired.
  8. Serve eggs with Latitude45 Smoked Salmon, spinach, tomatoes, avocado & toast. Garnish with chopped parsley.
