Ingredients
1 avocado (peeled, pitted & halved)
4 oz Latitude 45 Traditional Smoked Salmon
1/4 cup spinach
1/4 cup arugula
3 slices cucumber
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place half of the avocado on a plate.
- Top the halved avocado with salmon, spinach, arugula, cucumber, olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Place the other half of the avocado on top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds & enjoy!
