Lemon Butter Salmon Pasta
1 Smoke Roasted Latitude 45 Salmon (cut into chunks)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 box of fettuccine (cooked)
1/4 cup dill (chopped)
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place salmon in a small baking dish. Top with butter and garlic, lemon and olive oil.
- Flake salmon into large chunks. Add pasta & herbs into the pan.
- Toss salmon and pasta in juices. Place in oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and add more lemon juice to taste.
