The MVP SSS “Smoked Salmon Skewers”
4oz Latitude 45 Smoke Roasted Atlantic Salmon – Traditional
6 cut pineapple chunks
2 green onions, cut into 1-inch segments
1 cup blackberry barbeque sauce
- Lay out 3 skewer sticks.
- Push one pineapple chunk through each skewer.
- Cut the Latitude 45 salmon loin into 3 equal parts. Push one piece of salmon through each skewer.
- Push one blackberry through each skewer, then repeat with a 1-inch segment of green onion, and again with another pineapple chunk.
- Pour a bit of blackberry barbeque sauce into a small cup. Serve with the skewers and enjoy!
