Smoked Salmon and Spinach Pasta
Latitude 45 Smoke Roasted Traditional 4oz
8 oz package spinach fettuccine noodles
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Bring to boiling temperature and reduce heat. Boil gently, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss and mix to spread sauce evenly.
- Top with bits of Latitude 45 Smoke Roasted Traditional 4oz and enjoy!
