Ingredients

  • Smoked Salmon Nachos

  • 8 oz Latitude 45 Smoke Roasted Salmon Flakes 

  • 1 bag (14 oz) tortilla chips 

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

  • 1/4 cup chili peppers 

  • 1 tbsp chives 

  • 1 avocado (pitted & diced) 

  • 1/4 cup sour cream 

  • Irish Julep 

  • ½  cup water  

  • 1 oz  simple syrup 

  • 10 fresh mint leaves  

  • 3 oz  Irish whiskey  

  • 1 cup crushed ice  

Instructions

  1. Smoked Salmon Nachos  

    1. Preheat oven to 400F. 

    2. Place tortilla chips in a cast iron skillet. Top with salmon flakes, cheese, chili peppers & chives.  

    3. Bake in the oven for 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
 

    4. Garnish with avocado & sour cream and bring to the party! 

    Irish Julep 

    1. Boil water & sugar in a medium saucepan on low heat, until syrup has thickened. Remove from heat & let cool.  

    2. Place an ounce of syrup in two cocktail glasses. Place 4 mint leaves in each glass & crush with the back of a wooden spoon. 

    3. Add 1 1/2 oz of whiskey to each glass & pour ½ cup of the crushed ice. 

    4. Top each glass with another 1 1/2 ounces of whiskey & the rest of the crushed ice. Garnish with extra mint leaves & toast for luck!
