Ingredients
1 pack pizza dough (baked)
Pizzettes Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup cucumber
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dill
1 tsp basil
Topping:
6 oz Latitude 45 Traditional Smoked Atlantic Salmon
½ red onion caramelized
Basil (for garnish)
Instructions
For Pizzettes Sauce: In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients for the sauce and pulse.
Set aside in refrigerator until ready to use.
For Smoked Salmon Pizzettes: On each baked pizza circles, spread sauce and top with salmon pieces.
Garnish with caramelized red onions and basil.
Enjoy hot or cold!
