Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (peeled, pitted & halved)

  • 4 oz Latitude 45 Traditional Smoked Salmon

  • 1/4 cup spinach

  • 1/4 cup arugula

  • 3 slices cucumber

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place half of the avocado on a plate.

  2. Top the halved avocado with salmon, spinach, arugula, cucumber, olive oil, salt & pepper.

  3. Place the other half of the avocado on top.

  4. Garnish with sesame seeds & enjoy!
