Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Latitude 45 smoked salmon loin  

  • ¼ cup cold water  

  • 2 ¼ teaspoon powdered gelatin  

  • 2 cups cream  

  • ¼ castor sugar  

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  

  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender  

  • purple food coloring (optional)    

Instructions

  1. Once ready, serve the panna cotta with Latitude 45 smoked salmon loin 

  2. Place the cold water and gelatin powder in a small bowl and set aside for 5-10 minutes  

  3. Meanwhile, combine the cream, sugar, vanilla extract and lavender in a small saucepan over medium heat  

  4. Allow mixture to simmer for a few minutes then remove the saucepan from the heat  

  5. Stir in the gelatin mixture and food coloring (if adding)  

  6. Pour into 4 small glasses and place in fridge for at least 4 hours  

  7. Decorate panna cotta with fresh lavender.  

  8. Enjoy!
