Smoked Salmon Garden Rice Bowl

Ingredients
10-12 Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Salmon Loin slices
2 cups rice
1 avocado
½ cucumber, sliced into rounds
2 handfuls steamed edamame
2 small bunches broccolini
2 small bunches asparagus
½ cup red onions, pickled
2 radishes, slices
1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
Black sesame seeds
Soy sauce, for serving
Instructions
Cook the rice following the packaging’s instructions.
While the rice cooks, steam the edamame, broccolini and asparagus separately for 3-5 minutes each.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel and slice.
Once the rice is ready lay out 2 bowls to start assembling the dish.
