MIAMI – March 14, 2019 – Latitude 45, the authentic seafood of Patagonia, today announced that it will debut three new ready-to-eat, smoked salmon products at the upcoming Seafood Expo North America in Boston, Massachusetts. The newest offerings include a 10-ounce Smoked Atlantic Salmon Pre-Sliced Loin, eight-ounce Smoke Roasted Flakes, and 16-ounce Smoke Roasted Flakes.
In response to the success of the company’s standout six-ounce Cold Smoked Salmon Loin, Latitude 45 is excited to introduce a new 10-ounce version. The 10-ounce Smoked Atlantic Salmon Pre-Sliced Loin is made from fresh premium salmon and slow smoked within 24 hours of leaving the water using natural Chilean Oak and native ingredients. All dark meat is dry brined, trimmed and removed to yield the cleanest product. The loin is then sliced extra thin, resulting in a product that is incredibly delicate in texture, has a clean finish and is exceptionally easy to handle. Perfect to serve as a savory appetizer or a main course, the pairing options are endless.
Latitude 45 will also now offer its signature hot smoked salmon roasted flakes in eight-ounce and 16-ounce packages. Made from hand-selected fresh Atlantic Salmon sourced from the pristine waters of the Chilean Patagonian region, these delicately crumbled flakes are boneless, skinless, fully cooked and ready-to-eat.
