Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb Latitude 45 Smoke Roasted Salmon Flakes

  • 4 brioche slider buns

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon

  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

  • 8 beetroot slices

  • 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce: Stir together yogurt, chopped tarragon, and lemon zest and juice; season with salt and pepper.

  2. To assemble the sliders, scoop a dollop of the yogurt sauce on the bun. Add a bit of baby spinach. Place 3-4 smoke roasted salmon flakes, add 2 beetroot slices and 2 slices of red onion. Put more yogurt sauce on the lid of the bun and place on top for your finished Smoked Salmon Sliders!
