Ingredients

  • 4oz Latitude 45 Smoke Roasted Atlantic Salmon – Traditional

  • 6 Tortillas (Soft shell)

  • Purple cabbage, shredded

  • Green cabbage, shredded

  • 2 tbsp Sea salt

  • 1 cup Cilantro

  • 1.5 cups Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 6 tbsp Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Lay a soft-shell tortilla in each spot of the taco holder, for a total of 6.

  2. Place shredded purple cabbage in one bowl and shredded green cabbage in another.

  3. Scoop ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp sea salt, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, and 3 tbsp fresh lime juice into each bowl and mix.

  4. Take the Latitude 45 Smoke Roasted Atlantic Salmon and separate into flakes with a fork or hands. Put some of the flakes into each taco.

  5. Top 3 of the tacos with the green slaw mix and the remaining 3 with the purple slaw mix. Serve and enjoy!ed on top.

  6. Drizzle: Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice for a simple dressing, and drizzle over the bowl.

  7. Garnish: Top with sesame seeds, pickled ginger, and microgreens for a fresh finish.
