Pisco Lime Infused Radish Salmon Bites with Burrata

Ingredients
1 teaspoon Pisco Sour
1 lime
2 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon simple syrup
5 black or red radishes
1 pack of burrata
1 pack of Latitude 45 smoked salmon loin
Black sesame seeds
1 pack of toothpicks
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients to get started
- Use a mandolin to slice the black radishes into thin (1/4 inch) slices
- In a blender, place pisco, squeezed lime, cilantro and simple syrup. Blend until cilantro is smooth.
- In a small bowl, Use a dropper and place a small pin-size droplet of pisco lime juice on the sliced radishes
- Place teaspoon serving of burrata on top of the black radish slice
- Layer latitude 45 smoked salmon loin on top of the burrata
- Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top
- Serve and enjoy!
