8 potato latkes
1 tsp dill
1 tbsp chimichurri
1 tbsp apple sauce
4 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp goat cheese
1 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 gm pecans
1 boiled egg
Avocado slices
1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp chives
1 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 oz poppyseeds
1 tsp parsley leaves
1 tbsp horseradish
Sliced beets
1/4 oz caraway seeds
Instructions
- Latke #1: Add 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tsp dill, and Latitude 45 Cold Smoked Traditional Salmon on the first latke.
- Latke #2: Top second latke with 1 tbsp chimichurri, 1 tbsp applesauce, 1 tsp sour cream, 1 tsp dill, and Smoke Roasted Pepper Salmon
- Latke #3: Add 1 tbsp goat cheese, 1 tbsp cranberry sauce, 1 gm pecans, and Cold Smoked Salmon Loin to the third latke.
- Latke #4: Cold Smoked Traditional Salmon, 1 boiled egg, avocado slices, 1 tsp dill
- Latke #5: Smoke Roasted Cajun Salmon, 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, 1 tsp chives
- Latke #6: Cold Smoked Salmon Loin, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tsp sour cream, 1/4 oz poppy seeds, 1 tsp parsley leaves
- Latke #7: Smoke Roasted Traditional Salmon, 1 tbsp horseradish, 1 tsp green onion
- Latke #8: Cold Smoked Salmon Loin, sliced beets, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1/4 oz caraway seeds
