Pisco Lime Infused Radish Salmon Bites with Burrata

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Pisco Sour  

1 lime  

2 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro  

1 teaspoon simple syrup 

5 black or red radishes  

1 pack of burrata  

1 pack of Latitude 45 smoked salmon loin  

Black sesame seeds  

1 pack of toothpicks     

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients to get started
  2. Use a mandolin to slice the black radishes into thin (1/4 inch) slices  
  3. In a blender, place pisco, squeezed lime, cilantro and simple syrup. Blend until cilantro is smooth.  
  4. In a small bowl, Use a dropper and place a small pin-size droplet of pisco lime juice on the sliced radishes  
  5. Place teaspoon serving of burrata on top of the black radish slice  
  6. Layer latitude 45 smoked salmon loin on top of the burrata  
  7. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top 
  8. Serve and enjoy!
